Ventriloquist David Crone shares a very informative lecture on using video to improve your act. You will learn a lot from this so take the time to study and take notes! Thanks David for sharing this information with the HomeVENTioneers!

Again good info to work with and use.
Thanks Gary
Thanks for another great video!
“When I’m being good” I record my practice (for the same reasons described here), but I never thought of using my performance recordings in the same way (maybe he’s no dummy but I kinda feel like one, duh). But in the short time I’ve been doing vent I’ve recorded a few of my shows, though I don’t have such a fancy camera (YET), and I’ve seen this in action. As he said, it can be very “educational”. Sounds to me like the perfect way to figure out what’s working and what’s not. Thanks also for the tips on camera equipment.
Funny that I have recorded my practices before (not all) and it has helped. I very, very rarely recorded my shows. I always felt I would need someone to do it for me. I can now set it up as David discusses and get more video of my shows.
Really good info from Mr. Crone! And it was just like being at the con!
Johnny
