I wanted to share something quick! Last year, Matthew Rolston, a pretty famous photographer, took portraits of some of the Vent Haven Museum collection. Seriously – portraits, not pictures. They were assembled into an amazing coffee table book.
At the 2013 ConVENTion, Matthew created a slide show and did a lecture about the process of selecting the figures and how they were photographed. It was really mind-blowing. The attention to detail was incredible.
As the VH attendees head over to the Museum, I thought how could we best share the experience with you at home. Peter’s book came to mind. Click on the picture below to get your copy. A must have for the collection of everyone who loves the art of ventriloquism.

Whenever I make it to the ConVENTion, 1 of my favorite parts is seeing what’s new at Vent Haven Museum. My favorite part though is meeting back up with my friends who just happen to be ventriloquists too and are at the ConVENTion.
Man, I can’t wait to see this in person. Very jealous right now!
Received this as a birthday gift last December and love it! Have worn the pages out. Really captures the spirit of the figures, an amazing book.
This is a sweet book. I got it from Santa LST Christmas.
