Excellent info on branding. Thanks for your knowledge Neale.

Good job Neale. Everything that Neale talked about I’ve been doing with my magic. Now it’s time to start doing it with my venting!
Great lecture and notes Neale!
Thanks Neale. This was new ground for me. Something to definitely to look in to.
Neale, thanks for sharing your thoughts. The printed notes are a great resource, I’m going to be reading them often as they are full of great tips. The point about having something unique about you is one I’ve heard a lot and it really has me thinking – what is unique about what I do? What is unique about the character of my puppet? The more I consider this the more I think it is distilling, however I must admit my “brand” and “USP” is still a work in progress. I really like the Zig Ziglar quote.
I’ve found something my fans on social media like is seeing little video clips of my puppet in different situations. It works well for keeping my puppet in front of them, and they enjoy the comedy angle.
Thanks for your thoughts on your name, too. I’ve been considering that as I am developing 2 lines of clients – birthday parties and school shows. I was wondering whether to brand them separately or develop an overall brand like an umbrella under which the 2 services fit. I was thinking of the name “Ready 2 Roll Productions” as my overall brand (links in with my surname, and implies cameras / action etc). My brother didn’t think much of the name, so I’ll keep brainstorming ideas 😉
Learning lots! Thank you so much!
