yeah it it makes sense not to you you
don’t want to go over your budget on a
character that’s it it’s a that’s a
dangerous thing to do and I know there’s
a lot of guys out here who see something
and they go I got to have that and the
next well you know in the beginning I
was a little bit like that and you know
I’ve calmed down and uh you know I I’ve
become more
selective uh quite a few I got I bought
an Impulse you know I had nothing else
to do uh but now I’m I’m a lot more
selective and and again um sometimes uh
yes some of the figures are worth it but
a lot of times people U add sentiment of
value to it and okay sentimental to you
it’s not sentimental to me and you know
what um as I just said you, you know
what another bus will be along so I’ll
wait for the next one
yeah yeah so uh how many Hartz figures
do you actually own right now 11 wow
that that collection you saw on on the
staircase is it okay and yeah I
appreciate you letting us use that for
the uh for the Conrad Hartz interview um he
didn’t have Skype in video so we had to
do overlays of u pictures and I think it
turned out very nice uh I’m I’m I’m
actually going to uh well by the time
they’re watching this interview at all
already have happened so he’s going to
he’s going to be opening this the blog
series but uh and I’ll put another
picture up so they can see it uh you
know see what you have there so um what
are what are their names have you named
them all um pretty much yes I have uh
now you’ll have to now you now you got
me okay you got Jerry Who’s uh is the
moner type he he’s he’s my favorite he
he gets used every show okay um let me
see you got Percy which is the the black
guy with the big eyes I had him C the
ma uh who else we got uh word Willie
he’s been to two or three hands I think
a guy named Dan Robinson owned him or
Roberts he had him and then he went to
Shawn and then he came to me well sh I I
about four of my own because either sea
or Dwayne eeko okay they went through
there and then work their way back to me
so so they’re your
funnels well I tell you like Jerry the
mo when I first saw him on uh Conrad’s
listen Conrad I want him I want him no
no I’m not selling I’m not selling him y
know and Y so probably about two years
later I see him on eBay and and uh I
don’t know if I knew Sean by then or we
started conversing and I says Sean I saw
this thing back when and and I tried to
get it I mean how did you get it he said
oh I just kept bugging Conrad and he
finally sold it to me I said oh that’s
the secret but I had wanted him when I
first saw him and he had to go to Texas
first and then he came here he doing a
little and I actually I think um no okay
the first morm I got a mtim up near the
top I got that from Dan willinger he was
trying to sell it at U Van Haven it
didn’t sell he put on eBay and we talked
and and so I bought it from him okay but
the second one that I got was is a call
which is up in the upper leftand corner
with the big nose okay all right I
missed him on U he was on um World vents
somebody was selling for $900 shipped
and yo and at the time I was like being
har and whatever and yo and when I went
back of course it was
gone Sean got
him and he came back I want to pay
another $50 for him because I paid sea
950 for it and sea has wanted wanted him
back a few times and um I I’ve let a few
figures leave here but I I I I can tell
you now no heart will ever leave here if
they do they will that they will
definitely be leaving under duress if I
ever have to sell figures the hartz
will be the last ones I will sell I yeah
I I really mean that I will sell the
selbergs I’ll sell everybody else I got
that one and I got a um oh man oh man he
man I know the guy good I got just one
of his figures he he died you know in
the 70s
um oh Jack coats Jack coats okay that
will be between the HS and the Jack
coats would be the last ones to leave I
I just you know like uh I Didn’t Know
Jack never met him but I just liked his
style and you know when the opportunity
came to get a jack coats I got it and Y
and that one will leave last to
