Whitelist

Many e-mail and Internet companies use complex programs to block unwanted e-mail, or spam. Sometimes, however, these programs block e-mail you want to get.

To Ensure You Are Receiving Our Emails Do The Following:

Be sure to add info@learn-ventriloquism, tom@maherstudios.com, and Tom Crowl to your email white list. A whitelist is a list of accepted e-mail addresses or domain names from which an e-mail blocking program will allow messages to be received.

Do You HAVE To Do This?

We would appreciate it! There is nothing more frustrating than waiting for an email response and finding out days later it was sent to your junk folder days ago. Don’t worry – we will NEVER spam you or share your email address. But we need your help to make sure we can communicate! Plus – you may opt-out at any time, although we’d hate to see you go!

Every Mail System Is Different…

Below are instructions for some of the more popular ones. If yours isn’t here, please contact your ISP’s customer service folks for their instructions. (Forward the answer to me, and we might add it!)

If you’re using some sort of spam filtering or blocking software yourself (in addition to what your ISP provides), we’ve also listed instructions on how to exempt Tom’s email address from some of the more popular of those programs.

G-Mail:

1. In your inbox, locate an email from Tom Crowl (ex. the email that brought you here!)
2. Drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.
3. You’ll see that our emails will go to your primary folder in the future!
