Recently I went through a lot of my promotional material hoping to inspire you. Reaching out and letting people know you are there lands work. The further you reach, the more you can accomplish. Some people don’t reach because it makes them uncomfortable. Success generally lies beyond your comfort zone.
When I was in Florida this past February for the Maher Summit, we let people know we were working on materials for Maher Studios. A ventriloquist, who also happens to be a reporter, contacted us to do a story. The resulting story generated several Associated Press spin offs and additional coverage.
Being a ventriloquist is different. Magicians are everywhere. Lots of people juggle, but as a vent, you are unique in a very small field that features very big stars. Share news of your talent!

unlike Magic where one does not reveal how a trick works, doing Vent work is self explanetry. however i am hard pressed to find a magic trick that includes a puppet. Any clues?
most tricks require two hands, so it would be helpfull if “Fred” could help !!!
There are several that come to mind, the stiff rope, the lota bowl, magician’s choice, one handed knots and various mentalism effects. Use your imagination and you will discover many others.
